The Practice welcomes suggestions for improving our service. Please feel free to discuss any ideas with your Doctor or the Practice Manager. The practice will undertake a patient satisfaction questionnaire each year, and there is a suggestions box in the downstairs waiting room.

In the event of a complaint we ask you to contact the Practice Manager or make an appointment to see your Doctor. Our complaints procedure and forms are held in reception if you wish to complete one, and your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with our practice complaints policy. An initial response to a complaint will be within 2 working days whenever possible, which will be followed by a more detailed reply.

You can contact PALS, the Patient Advice and Liaison Service, funded by the NHS, who are available to help you if you have a complaint or want advice. They are available on 01752 211818

If you remain dissatisfied with the response to your complaint, you have the right to ask the Healthcare Commission to review your case. The Healthcare Commission is an independent body established to promote improvements in healthcare through the assessment of performance of those who provide services.
