If you are a carer, or you have a carer, we would like to have that information, with your permission. We know you are very important, and we want to offer help and advice to carers in line with government guidelines. There are many organisations available to help you, and you can get help by being assessed for the help you need, or by contacting lots of agencies offering help and advice.
If you are a carer, it is particularly important that you take care of your own health and welfare, and if you want any advice or help, please contact the surgery, and we will try to help or advise you where you can get help.

If you are a young carer, or you have a young carer looking after you, there is particular help that may be available. Please ask at reception. We are particularly concerned about the needs of young carers. If you would like to talk to the doctor or the practice nurse about any issues, please contact the surgery.
